Yes, but no one dies if they get pushed back 2 weeks. Also, the cosmetic surgeries are first on the chopping block.
And again, it’s supply and demand. The hospitals want the profit. They don’t want to pay any overhead for the product.

Blood is just as bad, but yes, the markup is insane in the US, compared to the machinery and time to collect plasma.
Blood, for instance gets sold by the red cross to hospitals for around $215 per unit. Hospitals in turn will charge anywhere from $580 to $3,000 for it.
Also, most blood is used for elective surgeries that are not life critical. Any time you hear about their being a blood shortage that could effect what hospitals can give, what they actually mean is that there’s plenty for emergency and necessary use, but they may have to postpone elective and cosmetic surgeries.
Obviously, the issue would be solved easily by paying people enough to be worth it to donate. People would be lining up if they got something like $100 to donate a pint. Something that only takes about 30 minutes to do.
You can, but it’s a lot of number crunching time to convert a bunch of files like that, as opposed to just using a different player.
Thankfully, vlc’s audio offset function is very easy to quickly adjust and save. As long as the audio delay is consistent you can adjust it pretty quickly.
Oh. This is /technology. I thought pants were about to go way up in price for a second.
Wow. 1000? I subscribe to like 10. Lol
I had a similar issue, but I google searched and found a setting I had to redo or change and it’s worked fine since then. Afraid I don’t remember what I had done. It was like a month ago and late, but it’s been problem free for me.
Use them at no benefit to them. Obviously, don’t buy yt premium.
I use Grayjay. Get it from the grayjay website and sideload it instead of through the apk store. Updates come quicker. It gives you commercial free YouTube, pretty much all the premium features, and let’s you download vids.
You won’t know what’s in the note, but you can snoop enough to know which two people are passing the notes back and fourth. Https won’t save you from letting me know you keep getting on furries.com or catching you downloading copyrighted material. A VPN will.
I have had no pairing issues with anything since 5.0. Also, a good set of buds 5.2 or more doesn’t have much lag. I wouldn’t pc game with it, but beyond that it’s good. Vlc let’s you easily offset audio and whatever netflix does stays synced real nice for me.
If you’d have read tye article, you would have learned that there were three groups, one with no gpt, one where they just had gpt access, and another gpt that would only give hints and clues to the answer, but wouldn’t directly give it.
That third group tied the first group in test scores. The issue was that chat gpt is dumb and was often giving incorrect instructions on how to solve the answer, or came up with the wrong answer. I’m sure if gpt were capable of not giving the answer away and actually correctly giving instructions on how to solve each problem, that group would have beaten the no gpt group, easily.
That’s actually a semi common procedure, and hardly makes you a $6,000,000 man. 2 kids per 1,000 are born with Hydrocephalus and will get these shunts put into place, draining the access spinal fluid from their skull, down into their stomach.
This made me nostalgic, so I just hopped back on techguy.org and logged in again. Member there for 22 years and haven’t logged on in a decade, but they still had my little profile picture of Goku saved. Answered somebody’s hardware question. I still got it! Lol
Your argument doesn’t work to make anyone stop driving cars, though. It just makes them pro non-car in the sense of freeing up traffic so they can drive their car quicker. It doesn’t make themselves take anything besides their car.
Hell yeah! Entire movie at freemium pricing.
Xia already gave you the quoted explanation for why you’re wrong, but everyone should watch the movie They Live, at least once. It’s a riot of a movie.
Fun fact: the Southpark episode “cripple fight” with that long ass fight between Timmy and Jimmy, their fight scene is a near blow for blow reenactment of a fight scene in They Live, between Rowdy Roddy Piper and Keith David.
If your ev isn’t good enough for a road trip, that means for like 90% of you, you have to own another vehicle.
Even if they manage to “gear up” and make it to 200 wh/kg, that’s years away and TODAY lithium EV batts are hitting 270 wh/kg. 35% more energy dense.
Don’t worry, OP. Samsung makes absolute dog shit appliances, so you’ll be replacing that dishwasher sometime in the next 2 years anyways.
